Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you really ship free anywhere in the U.S.?

For eligible orders, Pallet Plaza Liquidation includes shipping at no additional charge within the United States. Shipping is typically arranged by freight carrier and delivered curbside.

2. How do I pay?

We offer several payment options, including bank wire/ACH, credit or debit card through a secure payment link, Zelle, and Apple Pay/Apple Cash, subject to availability.

Orders are generally reserved for up to 48 hours while payment is pending. Your order is confirmed and scheduled for shipment once payment has cleared.

3. What condition are the pallets in?

Our pallets and truckloads primarily contain customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, and other liquidation merchandise.

Depending on the specific lot, merchandise may be new, open-box, used, untested, damaged, incomplete, or non-functional. Condition varies from lot to lot, so always review the individual listing before purchasing.

Liquidation merchandise is sold as-is unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

4. Do your lots come with a manifest?

Not necessarily. Many of our liquidation lots are unmanifested or sold without a guaranteed item-by-item manifest.

If a specific pallet or truckload includes a manifest, detailed item list, or other inventory information, it will be stated on the product listing.

Any estimated quantities or retail values provided for unmanifested lots are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed counts or resale values.

5. Can I return a pallet?

All sales are final unless your order qualifies under our Refund & Return Policy.

We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind or are unhappy with the normal condition of liquidation merchandise.

However, you may be covered if you receive an incorrect lot, a lot that is materially misrepresented, qualifying freight damage, or another issue covered by our claims policy.

Most non-freight claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Freight damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and reported to us within 48 hours.

6. Do I need a forklift to receive my order?

Not necessarily, but it depends on your delivery setup and the freight service available for your order.

Our standard freight deliveries are generally curbside, and a forklift or other unloading equipment may be required if you do not have an appropriate delivery setup.

If you need a liftgate, make sure that service is available and arranged for your shipment before delivery. Liftgate availability can depend on the shipment’s size, weight, destination, and carrier.

If you’re unsure whether your location can receive a pallet or truckload, contact us before ordering.

7. How long until my order arrives?

Processing & Delivery Times

After cleared payment is received, orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, typical freight transit time is approximately 1–7 business days.

As a general estimate, most orders arrive within approximately 2–9 business days after payment clears, including processing time.

8. Do I need a resale certificate?

No, you do not need a resale certificate to purchase from Pallet Plaza Liquidation.

Individuals, businesses, and resellers can purchase liquidation merchandise from our website.

If you are purchasing merchandise for resale, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable sales tax, resale, licensing, registration, and other legal requirements in your state or jurisdiction.

A resale certificate may be required if you are seeking tax-exempt treatment on an eligible purchase. Requirements vary by state, so consult your state’s tax authority or a qualified tax professional if you are unsure.
