These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pallet Plaza Liquidation website and any purchase made through our website.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement to place an order through our website.

Our liquidation merchandise is designed primarily for resellers and business buyers, but you do not need to own or operate a business to purchase from us.

If you purchase merchandise for resale, you are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, product restrictions, labeling requirements, and consumer-protection requirements that apply to your resale activities.

3. Pricing, Availability & Estimates

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, advertised pricing includes shipping within the United States. Shipping terms and exclusions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, estimated quantities, and other listing information are accurate. However, liquidation inventory can change quickly and listings may occasionally contain errors.

If we discover a significant pricing, inventory, or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any payment received.

Estimated Counts & Retail Values

Some liquidation listings may include estimated unit counts, quantities, retail values, or similar information.

These figures are provided as good-faith estimates only and are not guarantees of the exact number of individual items, actual retail value, resale value, profitability, or contents of a liquidation lot unless expressly stated otherwise in the listing.

Liquidation inventory may contain varying quantities, conditions, brands, models, and individual products.

4. Payment & Order Reservation

Pallet Plaza Liquidation may accept payment through available payment methods, which may include:

  • Bank wire or ACH transfer

  • Credit or debit card through a secure payment link

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay or Apple Cash

Payment methods may be subject to availability, verification, transaction limits, or other restrictions.

An order may be reserved for up to 48 hours while payment is pending. If cleared payment is not received within the applicable reservation period, we may release the lot for sale to another customer.

An order is considered confirmed and scheduled for shipment once payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Customers should understand that certain payment methods, including direct-transfer methods, may have limited or no chargeback protections. Customers who want the protections associated with card transactions should consider using a credit or debit card where available.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise. It does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.

Pallet Plaza Liquidation reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Inventory becoming unavailable

  • A pricing or listing error

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Duplicate or accidental orders

  • Other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order

If we cancel an order before shipment, any payment received for that order will be refunded.

Once a liquidation lot or truckload has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled simply because the buyer changes their mind. Any qualifying issue after shipment is handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and Warranty Policy.

6. Shipping, Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping and freight arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, freight may be arranged by Pallet Plaza Liquidation and delivered curbside.

Customers are responsible for following the required delivery inspection procedures.

At the time of delivery, customers should inspect the shipment for visible damage, missing pallets, or other apparent freight issues before signing the Bill of Lading.

Any visible freight damage should be clearly documented on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery and reported to Pallet Plaza Liquidation within the timeframe specified in our Shipping and Refund & Return policies.

Failure to properly document freight damage at delivery may affect your ability to pursue a carrier freight claim.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. As-Is Sale & Warranty

Liquidation merchandise is sold as-is unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Pallet Plaza Liquidation does not provide a general seller warranty covering individual items contained within liquidation lots.

We do not provide an extended or service warranty for liquidation merchandise unless specifically stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The absence of a seller warranty does not eliminate the customer’s rights under our Refund & Return Policy for qualifying issues such as an incorrect lot, materially misrepresented condition, qualifying defective delivery, or other covered claim.

Our 30-day claims period is not a product warranty. It provides a period during which customers may report qualifying issues with their order as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Condition of Liquidation Merchandise

Pallet Plaza Liquidation sells merchandise from liquidation channels that may include customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, closeouts, excess inventory, and other secondary-market inventory.

Depending on the specific listing, merchandise may be:

  • New or sealed

  • Open-box

  • Previously used

  • Untested

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Missing accessories

  • Non-functional

  • In mixed condition

The condition of each lot is described on its applicable product listing to the extent information is available.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing and understanding the condition of the merchandise before purchasing.

9. Reselling & Brand Relationships

Pallet Plaza Liquidation is an independent liquidator.

We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, agent, or representative of the brands whose products may be included in our liquidation lots unless expressly stated otherwise.

Brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, and other identifying information are used solely to identify or describe merchandise that may be included in a liquidation lot.

Purchasing merchandise from Pallet Plaza Liquidation does not grant the buyer any right to represent themselves as an authorized dealer or representative of a manufacturer or brand.

If you resell merchandise purchased from us, any warranty, guarantee, return promise, representation, or other commitment you make to your customers is your sole responsibility.

Pallet Plaza Liquidation does not back, administer, or assume responsibility for warranties or guarantees offered by a reseller to their own customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pallet Plaza Liquidation’s total liability relating to any individual order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallet Plaza Liquidation will not be responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost resale value, loss of anticipated revenue, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, inability to use, or resale of liquidation merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to a purchase or these Terms & Conditions shall be handled in the applicable state or federal courts located in Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pallet Plaza Liquidation may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The current version published on our website will govern purchases made after the updated terms become effective.

Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations that have already accrued under a completed transaction, except where permitted or required by applicable law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
