At Pallet Plaza Liquidation, we ship eligible pallets and truckloads free throughout all 50 U.S. states, with no order minimum and no separate freight charge at checkout.

The price shown on an eligible listing is the delivered price. You will not receive a separate freight invoice from us.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, how liquidation merchandise is shipped, expected delivery times, receiving requirements, and what you should do when your order arrives.

Free Shipping – All 50 States

Free freight applies to eligible orders shipped within all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

There is:

  • No minimum order value

  • No separate freight charge at checkout

  • No hidden handling fee

  • No separate freight invoice

Pallet Plaza Liquidation arranges and pays for the standard freight associated with eligible shipments.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not export internationally or ship to freight-forwarding addresses without prior written approval.

Order Processing & Reservation

When you place an order, the selected liquidation lot may be reserved for 48 hours while payment is being confirmed.

Payment instructions, including wire/ACH information or a secure card payment link when applicable, are provided after checkout.

Your order is considered confirmed and scheduled for shipment once cleared payment has been received.

If cleared payment is not received within the applicable 48-hour reservation period, we reserve the right to release the lot and return it to available inventory.

After payment clears, orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, subject to carrier pickup schedules and availability.

Carriers & Packaging

Shipping methods depend on the size and type of merchandise purchased.

Small Parcel Shipments

Smaller shipments may be sent through national parcel carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Pallet & Truckload Shipments

Pallets and truckloads are typically shipped using:

  • LTL freight carriers

  • Full-truckload freight carriers

Pallets are generally shrink-wrapped and may also be banded and protected with corner protection when appropriate for the shipment.

Truckloads may be shipped floor-loaded or palletized, depending on the specific liquidation lot.

Processing & Delivery Times

After cleared payment is received, orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, typical freight transit time is approximately 1–7 business days.

As a general estimate, most orders arrive within approximately 2–9 business days after payment clears, including processing time.

Typical transit estimates are:

  • Mainland U.S.: approximately 1–5 business days in transit

  • Alaska & Hawaii: approximately 3–7 business days in transit

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, holidays, service disruptions, freight availability, and destination-specific conditions may occasionally cause delays.

Curbside Delivery & Receiving Requirements

Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery.

The carrier driver generally brings the freight to the tailgate of the truck. Unloading the merchandise from the truck and moving it from the curb is the customer’s responsibility unless additional delivery services have been arranged.

Receiving a pallet is easiest if you have access to:

  • A loading dock

  • A forklift

  • Appropriate unloading equipment

Liftgate Service

If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate may be available to lower the pallet from the truck to ground level.

When available and selected or arranged for the shipment, the liftgate allows the carrier to lower the pallet to ground level. The customer is still responsible for moving the pallet from the curb to the desired location.

Liftgate availability can depend on the shipment, carrier, destination, and delivery location.

Residential & Limited-Access Addresses

If your order is being delivered to a residential, rural, commercial, or limited-access location, please notify us before shipment.

Certain locations may require appointment delivery or additional carrier services. We will work with the carrier to determine what services are available for the destination.

Inspect Your Shipment Before Signing

This is one of the most important steps when receiving a pallet or truckload.

Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL), carefully inspect your shipment.

You should:

  1. Count the pallets or handling units and compare them with the BOL.

  2. Walk around each pallet and look for visible damage.

  3. Check for crushed corners, torn shrink wrap, leaning stacks, broken pallets, exposed merchandise, or water damage.

  4. Take clear photos of any visible damage.

  5. Record all visible damage or shortages on the BOL before signing.

  6. Contact Pallet Plaza Liquidation promptly if there is a significant issue.

Severely Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears severely damaged, you may have the option to refuse delivery.

If you refuse a shipment, clearly document the reason for refusal on the BOL and contact Pallet Plaza Liquidation as soon as possible.

Why the BOL Matters

Freight damage that is not documented at the time of delivery can be extremely difficult to establish with the carrier afterward.

Properly documenting damage or shortages before signing helps preserve the ability to pursue a freight claim.

For additional information about freight damage, shortages, returns, and qualifying claims, please review our Refund & Return Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and a working contact telephone number.

Before placing an order, make sure:

  • The address is correct

  • The location can physically accommodate a freight truck

  • Someone is available to receive the shipment when required

  • Any residential or limited-access restrictions are disclosed

  • The location has the equipment necessary to unload the shipment or an appropriate liftgate service has been arranged

Additional re-delivery, re-consignment, storage, address correction, or other carrier charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or improperly disclosed delivery address may be passed on to the buyer.
